 Hey Loughborough $no! I'm Georgia “Les Deux Alpes” Collins!! Ive been part of $no since I was a fresher and have loved every minute of it! I’ve been involved in most socials, recreational trips, both the winter trips, BUDS, the Church, both $noBalls, and even On The Pond - one of five Lufbra $no!! I am going on the Easter trip coming up, so would have experienced both holidays that $no offers. I’m a real keen bean and want everyone that goes on either trip to have the best experience possible! Why am I running for International Holiday Rep? -My aim is to get the most cost effective deal, for the best location with the best slopes and nightlife. We are all students so money really does matter! - I have had 6 holidays skiing and 1 snowboarding, and every time its been with 30 + people. I have seen successful trips and ones that could be better; $no holidays in my experience have been epic and I want to continue this successful reputation. - I will make sure we have something for everyone, beginners, advanced freestylers alike. -I will liaise with the social sec’s creating the best week of partying possible. -I want to put the meal on the mountain in the evening because going down the slope with torches was crazy! This gives more time on the slopes and people (like me) wont be hanging from the previous night so can really enjoy it!! -I believe the idea of race/freestyle ‘workshops’ whilst abroad offer variety and something new for people to try. I will try to provide more of these sessions in order to make the daytimes just as unforgettable as the evenings! -In VT (winter 08), there was an AIR BAG meaning people could try out tricks with full confidence; this would be a great opportunity to find a location that has this again! -I will make sure media gets as much of both weeks on film and ensure the best videos that you send in will be in the $no Movie! -I want to be more involved in $no and help make everyone’s experience the best it can be. What can I bring to $no? - Boobs…. Only kidding! “I’m more than just boobs!!” - I have been on dance committee 09-10 and understand the hard work and commitment needed. This will also benefit when I have to lease with the stash rep about holiday clothing as I have a lot of experience in that area. - I want to make sure everyone can APPROACH me with what they want out of the holidays and I will do my best to make their ideas happen. - I am ORGANISED, always having to cope with a thousand things at once- nothings ever too much for me! - Get things sorted in advance; at the moment I teach dance classes, do uni work, stash, sing in a band and of course socialize… etc! (Next year I wont be on dance committee and I wont be teaching so will have lots more time on my hands to fill!) - Great at COMMUNICATING with all kinds of people from companies to large groups to one on ones! I’m a drama student we are not shy people!  - I’m good with budgeting (Dealt with a lot of dance money). - I know how to have a good time! - I will bring you the best holidays you will go on in 2010/2011.... MAYBE EVEN IN YOUR LIFE!!! I really would love this opportunity and will make sure all the holidays run smoothly and are the highlights of your time at university!
