Listed below are the competitions you can get involved in at BUSC Main Event.
Ski Racing - Ski Slalom
- Ski Giant Slalom
- Ski Super G
(For the above events competitors must take part in the qualifier on the Sunday, around the top 80 will go through. If you register with Snowsport England your are guarenteed to qualify!)
Skier-X
- Snowboard Racing
- Snowboard Giant Slalom
- Snowboard Dual Slalom Knockout
Boarder-X
Ski Freestyle - Ski Big Air
- Ski Slopestyle
- Ski Half Pipe
(2 hour Jam session then 8 person finals for each discipline)
Snowboard Freestyle - Snowboard Big Air
- Snowboard Slopestyle
- Snowboard Half Pipe
(2 hour Jam session then 8 person finals for each discipline)
Please write on the thread stating which events you want to compete in, your choices are Ski Race, Snowboard Race, Ski Freestyle, Snowboard Freestyle, Skier-X, Boarder-X. You CAN'T enter in Ski competitions aswell as snowboard competitions as these will clash. However you can do race and freestyle and skier-x/boarder-x (please note this will make you very very busy!)
By writing on the thread you are stating that you want to be entered. Failure to turn up to a competition without a valid reason and prior warning will result in you having to pay for the comp entry which you did not participate in. The club is very keen to support competitions but we do not want to waste money on no shows!
BUSC is less than 3 weeks away!!! I am so excited!
Deadline for entries is Wednesday 10th March at 5pm
